Her voice over boys has got to be one of the more original names coming out of dance music. And obviously the song is nice, its this sort of music that seems to get millions of views on youtube - makes you wonder why Stil vor Talent isn’t the most popular label going. Maybe it is…

Alors BONOBO - J’étais censé les voirà Paris ce soir mais j’ai pas réussi - merdique oui, je sais, quand même Hoffstadt Il va tout régler. :-)

Minimal. But it doesn’t need anything else. Pretty perfect in my humble opinion.

Best song off the new foals album (by a long way) and remixed to perfection. A sumptuous production from all over Oxford…

Same genre, whatever that may be, as that Flume remix below. I bloody love Vondelpark, when it’s done right this “genre” is up there with my favourites. It’s so god damn happy - it makes me think of festival soirees sundrenched with gross warm tuborg. Perfect.

My favourite song and video from 2012. If someone can find me the jumper (sweatshirt) at 1:55 I’ll be eternally grateful…

Merci :-)

I bloody love DJ Koze - his album amygdala (link below) is a journey into weird and wonderful sounds, but it works. Very much on the border of “what the hell is that” which is what a few of my friends said when I told them to listen to it. This track, along with the one feat Apparat (obviously) are my favourites. A worthy purchase anyway.

This is on the Ame boiler room mix - which is fantastic. But I never bothered to check out the tracklisting - thankfully I heard this on another innervisions mix just now. Just so many good noises. I’m off to check the tracklisting now…

Another - this one actually off the album. Sounds a bit like Bonobo after he’s spent a few years in Detroit. Which would be a good experiment for all involved.

He supported ame (forgive my silly english keyboard) last month so I gave him a little readup and listen beforehand. His influences are described somewhere between death cab for cutie, four tet and Thom Yorke. Which explains why I’d rather to eat my hands than wait until 16th June for his album.
